Kersbrook, in the north, offers a cool, dry climate with east facing slopes and shallow loam soils, ideal for cultivating old vines that yield small, intensely flavored bunches with soft tannins. Meanwhile, Kuitpo, located in the extreme south, benefits from sunny days and cool nights, promoting even ripening. Crafted
